"Deborah was more than an Agent. She was an advocate, and was also able to offer guidance on everything I needed to accomplish. She represented us in every issue; she constantly communicated with me every step of the way. Returned calls and texts immediately! She had solutions to every hurdle. She was extremely well-versed and professional, and literally got the deal done by driving the deal forward! The entire experience, especially since my parents are in their late 90's, was so well handled by Deborah so well that I wish I caould give her 6 stars!"

"I found Deborah to be very personable and professional. However, most of our communication was done via text or email. I feel that there were times where we miscommunicated with each other, which was frustrating. But Deborah, once it was pointed out, would come up with a solution. Added to that was my being in Colorado and not here in Floridato follow up. And there was also a little matter of hurricane Milton during all the proceedings."

"Debbie saved me! I was set up to see a second floor unit in Pelican Preserve with her but I realized it was too big. I emailed and canceled by saying a first level condo (smaller) would be better. She immediately provided me complete info on three lower units. One was turnkey! My Matlacha home lost all of my furniture, appliances etc. At first sight I told Debbie I wanted to buy it. She made it happen! I closed after less than 5 days.Debbie is a pro! I love my new home??. Thanks Debbie!"
